Organize a storage unit with zones, aisles, shelves, containers, item lists, and QR labels so you can find things later.
Create zones before you move everything in
Divide the unit into simple areas such as front left, front right, middle left, middle right, back left, and back right.
Keep the most-used items near the front
Seasonal items, documents, tools, and business supplies should be easy to reach without unloading the entire unit.
Use shelves when possible
Shelves make labels visible, reduce crushing, and create predictable places for containers.
Give every box a record

Attach QR labels facing the aisle
