Bralo Storage Guide
The Best Way to Label Storage Boxes
Learn how to label storage boxes with useful names, QR labels, and searchable item lists instead of vague marker text.
Use human-readable labels first
A good label should answer the first question fast: what kind of box is this? Write a short title that describes the container.
Add a QR label for the details
The outside of a box has limited space. Use the QR label to connect the physical box to a digital item list.
Label more than one side
If boxes are stacked or turned sideways, a single label can disappear. Put labels where they can be seen from the aisle or shelf.
Avoid “misc” labels
Miscellaneous labels push the real work into the future. If a box is mixed, list the important items in Bralo Storage so search still works.
Keep labels durable
Use labels that can handle dust, moving, temperature changes, and repeated handling.
